Deployment on Azure

Welcome to the deployment guide for Ejento AI on Azure. This guide will lead you through each essential step to successfully deploy Ejento AI,
from creating resources and selecting plans to configuring settings and accessing your live web application—all within Azure's intuitive platform.
WARNING
Please make sure to complete the prerequisite steps before proceeding with the deployment below. Skipping prerequisites may cause the deployment to fail.

Before proceeding with deployments, navigate to portal settings as shown in the screenshot below:

Select the relevant Directory and Check the Select all checkbox to set all subscriptions to be visible to select during deployment process

Follow the steps below to deploy your Ejento AI Web App:

Head over to: Microsoft Azure portal (PWA)#

1. Click on Create a resource#

2. In the Azure Marketplace, Search "Ejento AI: Complete Enterprise AI-Toolkit"#

4. Select a Plan i.e "Enterprise, Private Plan, or Free Trial" and click on Create#

💡 Note: If you are unsure which plan to deploy, please discuss with our team for guidance. We will set up a private plan based on your requirements.

5. Select a Subscription and Create a new Resource Group#

6. Type a name for the resource group and click on "OK"#

7. Select your Region#

8. Type the Application Name#

9. Click on Next#

10. Type In the details of the "First Login Account" and the Organization Domain, Name and Click on Next#

Use the email address of the person you would like to make the admin on Ejento — someone who will be responsible for creating assistants, managing data sources, and administering the Ejento platform.

11. Type In the Preferred phone number#

12. Click on I agree to the terms and conditions above.#

13. Click on Create, This will start the deployment.#

14. After some time, your Deployment will be complete.#

Note:
Once the Azure deployment completes, Ejento's team needs 2–3 business days to configure your Ejento AI before it's ready to use. After that, you can complete the post-deployment steps.
