Admin Panel: Chatlogs#
The Chatlogs page in the admin panel of app.ejento.ai is designed to help administrators track and manage communication between users, assistants, and projects efficiently. This page allows the admin to view chat history with a set of powerful filters. These filters enable narrowing down chat logs by users, assistants, or projects within a specified date range, making it easy to monitor interactions and retrieve specific conversations. Below, we'll walk through how to use these filters.Filter by User#
The Filter by User option allows admins to view chat logs of a particular user over a set time period. Follow these steps:1.
Select the user from the User Dropdown.

Choose a From Date and a To Date to define the time frame for the chat history.
3.
The system will display all chat logs from the selected user between the specified dates.
2. Click on Users to select the user.#
3. Search for the user under this dropdown#
4. Click on Date Range to set the period for which you want the chatlogs.#
5. Choose the start and end dates under these dropdowns#
6. Click on the chatlog to open it#
7. Here you can view the complete details of the chatlog, including the assistant’s response.#

Use the Rows per page dropdown to increase the number of chat logs displayed on a single page.Use the Page navigation dropdown to switch between different pages of your chat logs easily.
Filter by assistant#
The Filter by assistant option helps admins find chat logs involving specific assistants. Follow these steps:1.
Select the assistant from the assistant Dropdown.
2.
Set the From Date and To Date to filter chats within that range.
3.
The page will display all conversations where the selected assistant participated within the specified period.
1. Click on Assistants to select the assistant.#
2. Search for the assistant under this dropdown#
3. Here, you can view the complete chatlogs of your assistants#
Filter by Project#
The Filter by Project option enables viewing chat logs for a particular project. It also offers additional filtering options for users or assistants within that project. Here's how to use it:1.
Select the project from the Project Dropdown.

Pick a From Date and a To Date for the chat logs.
3.
(Optional) Further refine the search by selecting specific Users or Assistants within that project.
The page will display the corresponding chat logs based on the selected criteria.
1. Click on Projects to select your project.#
2. Search for the project under this dropdown#
3. Here, you can view the chatlogs of all the assistants within the project.#
4. Click on Assistants to select the assistant within the Project#
5. Search for the assistant under this dropdown#
6. Here, you can view the chatlogs of this specific assistant within the project.#
7. You can search for the user who made queries to the selected assistant in the selected project.#
8. Now you can view only this specific user’s chatlogs.#
Advanced Filters#
Click on More filters to view the advanced filters#
Filter by Feedback#
This dropdown allows you to filter queries based on feedback status, letting you choose between queries that received feedback and those that did not.Filter by Query Source#
This dropdown allows you to filter queries based on their source, such as Web, MS Teams, Chat Widget, App-Ejento or Amigo-Ejento, making it easy to identify where each query originated.Filter by Query Status#
This dropdown allows you to filter queries based on query status, letting you choose between queries that were successful and those that failed.Hide Filters#
Click on Hide Filters to hide the advanced filters applied on the chatlogs
