Add Documents to Corpus#
2. Click on the three dots next to the assistant's name.#
3. Click on "View Corpora"#
4. The default corpus for the assistant can be seen here#
5. Click on View Corpus#
6. This table shows the list of documents added to the corpus. Currently there are no Documents attached with Corpus#
7. You can Drag and Drop Your Files Directly here#
8. File Successfully Added with 'Completed' Status#
9. Click 'Add' to Upload More Documents#
10. These are the Supported Document Types You Can Upload#
11. To Upload a File, Click on "Browse Files"#
Note: Supported file formats include:
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, PPTX, RTF, EML, EPUB, XML, KML, GZ, JSON, Text, HTML, Zip, and Open Document format files.

12. Here you can see the files you've selected for upload.#
13. Click on Upload File(s)#
14. Want to Upload a Link? Click on Links#
15. Upload As Many Links as You Want#
Note: For bulk indexing, make sure each link is on a separate line.
Important: Video Links Are Not Supported
Currently, our system does not support video links (e.g., YouTube, or any other video platform).
If you upload a video link, the system will not be able to extract or process its content.π‘ Recommended AlternativeTo include information from a video:1.
Generate a text transcription of your video (using any transcription tool).

Add the transcription to your corpus in one of the following ways:π Paste it directly into the Text Blob field.
π Upload it as a text file (.txt).
The assistant will then use that transcription for Q&A and contextual interactions, just like any other document or webpage.Example:

17. All Your Files and Links Have Been Uploaded Successfully#
You can see everything listed here with a Completed status.
The assistant will now be able to generate responses from the corpus knowledge.
Delete Documents#
1. Want to Delete Documents? Click on Settings of the Corpus#
2. Click on Delete documents#
3. Click on "Delete" to Confirm Deletion#
4. Document Table is Now Empty#
All documents have been delete successfully.
