The Analytics Page under the Admin Panel provides a detailed overview of activity within the app, allowing administrators to track key metrics such as query counts and token usage. This data is displayed in a variety of charts that help you monitor the most active teams, assistants, projects, users, and overall monthly performance.The Analytics section within the Ejento app is restricted and can only be accessed by Global Admins.
1. Click on Admin Panel#
2. Click on Analytics#
3. Choose What to Analyze: Agents, Users, or Teams#
4. View Detailed Metrics#
You can view Query Counts, Vote Counts, Token Counts, or Document Counts
5. Set Date Range: Set the time period for which you want to view the data.#
6. Based on Your Selection, You will see two things: a graph and a total distribution table.#

If You Want to See Top Assistants with the Most Upvotes#
1. Select Agents from Dropdown#
2. Since You Want to See Vote Count, Select “Vote Counts”#
3. Click on Date Range to Set the Desired Period#
4. To View Data for the Last 3 Months, Click on “Last 3 Months”#
5. Click on Upvotes Only#
6. Here You Will See Your Graph Based on the Selected Filters#
7. Here You Will See the Complete Table of Assistants with the Most Upvotes#
If You Want to See Top Users with the Most Queries#
1. Select Users from Dropdown#
2. Since you want to see Users with most number of Queries, Click on Query Count#
3. Click on Date Range to Set the Desired Period#
4. To View Data for the Last 7 Days, Click on “Last 7 Days”#
5. Here You Will See Your Graph Based on the Selected Filters#
6. Here You Will See the Complete Table of Users with the Most Queries#
If You Want to See Teams with the Most Document Counts#
1. Select Teams from Dropdown#
2. Since you want to see Teams with most number of Documents, Click on Document Count#
3. Here you can see total Documents and active teams within your selected Data Range#
4. Here You Will See Your Graph Based on the Selected Filters#
5. Here You Will See the Complete Table of Teams with the Most Documents#
