Getting help: You can't see a project your team was given. Send your User ID to your administrator, who looks up your exact account and finds that you were added to a different team with a similar name.Checking access: Administrators can use the ID to confirm exactly which account has which roles and permissions.
At the bottom of the sidebar, click your name. In the menu that opens, hover over the info icon next to your name. A tooltip shows your ID, for example User ID: 16.
