View Project Id

Find a project's ID: the number that identifies the project in Ejento AI. You need it when someone, such as Ejento AI support, asks which project you mean.

How the Project ID works

Each project has its own ID, so two projects with similar names can't be confused. You find it in the project's details window, in a tooltip next to the project name.

Use cases

Support requests: Include the Project ID when you report a problem with a project, so support can find it quickly.

Similar project names: When several projects have similar names, use the Project ID to say exactly which one you mean.

Open the Projects section. If you're not sure how, see Add a Project.

1. Open your project

Type the project's name in Search projects..., then click the project name in the table. The project's details window opens.

2. View the Project ID

Hover over the info icon next to the project name. A tooltip shows the Project ID.
