Find an assistant's ID: the number that identifies it in Ejento AI. Unlike names, IDs are unique, so the ID is the surest way to tell someone exactly which assistant you mean.Open the Assistants section. If you're not sure how, see Add Assistant.
Reporting a problem: Include the assistant ID when you contact support, so they look at exactly the right assistant, even if several have similar names.Asking an administrator for a change: Give the ID when you ask an administrator to change access or settings on an assistant that has a common name.
The Agent Details panel shows the Assistant Id, along with the assistant's Project, number of Chats, and Description (click Copy to copy the description).
