Assistant Corpus Settings

1. Navigate to the assistants section from the sidebar#

2. Click on the three dots next to the assistant's name.#

6. Give a meaningful name and description to your corpus#

7. Choose from the "Indexing Settings"#

Basic: Most cost-effective option making it suitable for applications where indexing quality is not the highest priority.
Moderate: Balances performance and cost. It is an ideal choice for scenarios requiring efficient indexing without the need for maximum accuracy.
Exhaustive: Highest performance option ensures the most comprehensive indexing, resulting in superior search accuracy and relevance with the highest cost

8. Enable Scheduled Refresh#

Keep your data source up to date by scheduling automatic refreshes. This feature is only applicable to web links.
NOTE
To keep your links refreshed automatically, simply turn on the Scheduled Refresh toggle.

9. Understand Refresh Types#

There are two types of refresh options available: Full Refresh and Incremental Refresh.
Full Refresh requires only the frequency and time, while Incremental Refresh updates only the changed content so it requires frequency, time and ETags Setup.
NOTE
Note: Incremental Refresh uses ETags to detect changes on your website. If ETags are not configured, the refresh won't work as expected.
