Login/Signup

This guide shows you how to sign in to Ejento AI with Microsoft SSO or with your email. The same page is used to sign in and to create an account, so new and returning users follow the same steps.

Which option to use

Continue with Microsoft SSO: for organizations that use Microsoft accounts. You sign in with your work Microsoft account, so there's no separate Ejento AI password to remember.

Continue with email: works with any email address. Ejento AI emails you a login link or a one-time passcode (OTP) instead of asking for a password.

Before you begin

Access to your email inbox, if you sign in with email.

Your Microsoft work account, if your organization uses Microsoft SSO.

Open the address your organization gave you, or Ejento AI's own sign-in page: https://app.ejento.ai/en/auth/login. The page shows Welcome to Ejento AI and Sign in or Create account, with both sign-in options.

Click Continue with Microsoft SSO. You're taken to Microsoft's sign-in page: enter your Microsoft email and password. After you sign in, you're returned to Ejento AI and logged in.

Enter your address in the Email field and click Continue with email. If the email is recognized, you receive an email from Ejento AI:

If it has a Login to Ejento AI button or link, click it to sign in.

If it has a one-time passcode (OTP), copy the code, return to the login page, and paste it in the field shown to finish signing in.

If your email address isn't recognized, you may see an error or no login option. Check the address, or contact your administrator for access.
