Welcome to the Ejento AI login/signup tutorial. In this guide, we will walk you through the different methods available to access your Ejento AI account. You can log in using social logins, Microsoft SSO, or your company email and password.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

Access to your email address

Credentials for social media accounts you wish to use for login

Necessary permissions to use Microsoft SSO if applicable

Step-by-Step Guide

To begin, navigate to the Ejento AI login page. You can do this by:

Opening your web browser.

Entering the URL provided by your organization or

Try Ejento at our Tenant: https://app.ejento.ai/en/auth/login

You will see the login page with multiple login options.

Ejento AI supports login via several social media platforms. Follow these steps to log in using a social account:

On the login page, select the social login button for your preferred platform (e.g., Google, LinkedIn).

You will be redirected to the social media platform's authorization page.

Enter your social media credentials and authorize the Ejento AI application.

Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Ejento AI and logged in to your account.

3. Using Microsoft SSO

If your organization uses Microsoft services, you can log in using Microsoft SSO. Here’s how:

On the login page, click the "Continue with Microsoft SSO" button.

You will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.

Enter your Microsoft email address and password.

After successful authentication, you will be redirected back to Ejento AI and logged in to your account.

4. Using Email

You can also log in to Ejento AI using your email address. Follow these steps:

On the login page, enter your email address in the Email field.

Click the "Continue with Email" button to proceed.

If the email is recognized, you will receive an email containing a “Login to Ejento AI” button or a One-Time Passcode (OTP).

Open your email inbox and follow the instructions:

If you receive a “Login to Ejento AI” button or link, click it to securely access your Ejento AI account.

If you receive an OTP, copy the code and return to the Ejento AI login page, then paste the OTP in the provided field to complete the login process.

If your email address is not recognized, you may receive an error message or no login option. Please verify the email or contact your administrator for access.
