Add new user

The User Settings section within the Ejento app is restricted and can only be accessed by Global Admins.

1. From the left sidebar, navigate to the Admin Panel.#

3. Go to the User Settings section and click on Add User.#

4. Enter User’s First Name & Last Name#

5. Enter a valid Email address#

This email will be used as the user's login ID.

6. Set a Secure Password#

Create a password that meets the following criteria:
Minimum 8 characters long
Contains at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Contains at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Contains at least one digit (0–9)

7. Select User Role#

Choose an appropriate role for user:
Global Admin – Best for business owners and company administrators
Application Admin – Best for managing users and teams
User – Best for interacting with app features & functionalities
