2. Click on Settings#
3. Go to the User Settings section and click on Add User.#
4. Enter User’s First Name & Last Name#
5. Enter a valid Email address#
This email will be used as the user's login ID.
6. Set a Secure Password#
Create a password that meets the following criteria:Minimum 8 characters long
Contains at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Contains at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Contains at least one digit (0–9)
7. Select User Role#
Choose an appropriate role for user:Global Admin – Best for business owners and company administrators
Application Admin – Best for managing users and teams
User – Best for interacting with app features & functionalities
8. Click on Submit#
9. User added successfully#
