Add new user
1. Click on 'Menu' icon

2. Go to "User Settings
#
3. Click on Add User
#
4. Enter User’s First Name & Last Name
#
5. Enter a valid Email address
#
This email will be used as the user's login ID.
6. Set a Secure Password
#
Create a password that meets the following criteria:
Minimum
8 characters
long
Contains
at least one uppercase
letter (A–Z)
Contains
at least one lowercase
letter (a–z)
Contains
at least one digit
(0–9)
7. Select User Role
#
Choose an appropriate
role
for user:
Global Admin
– Best for business owners and company administrators
Application Admin
– Best for managing users and teams
User
– Best for interacting with app features & functionalities
8. Select User
#
9. Click on Submit
#
10. User added successfully
