Corpus Connections

Note: Users can attach a corpus only to assistants for which they have Admin permissions.

1. Navigate to the assistants section from the sidebar#

2. Click on the three dots next to the assistant's name#

4. Initially, your assistant will be in the Production environment. If you want to attach a new corpus, first move the agent to the Staging environment.#

5. Click on Staging#

6. Now you can see that the Attach Corpus button is visible—click on it.#

7. Click on Select corpus#

8. Search for the corpus you want to attach.#

9. Click on Create Connection#

10. Here you can see that the new corpus has been successfully attached.#

11. Attachment Toggle to Enable/Disable Corpus Attachment#

You cannot disable the assistant's default corpus; only newly added corpora can be disabled

12. Once you’ve made all your changes in the Staging environment, Click the Publish button at the top of the page.#

13. Here you can see the changes you have made.#

14. Click Publish Changes to confirm and push the assistant configuration live to Production.#

15. Here you can see that the corpus has been attached to your assistant in the Production environment.#
